Two Northeast Iowa Community College (NICC) staff members were recently honored at the 10th Annual Women of Achievement Awards Banquet.
Samaria Neely and Kelly Kramer were recognized for their accomplishments in their career and personal lives.
Every year, the awards banquet honors women who have made great strides in their life and continue to share their accomplishments to inspire others.
The event is organized by Women’s Leadership Network in Dubuque. The organization nominated 40 women for this year’s award, who were all present at the dinner.
Neely is a career outreach coordinator at NICC. She received the Growth and Accomplishments in Personal Life achievement award. She credits her career in higher education as the reason she is successful today.
Kramer is a learning and student success information analyst at the school’s Peosta campus. She was one of the many women at the event who was recognized for her nomination and continued accomplishments.
