Davenport CitiBus has introduced a web app and phone app that allow riders to track their bus in real time through the.

Davenport has partnered with Transloc, a web and app accessible program, to create a tracker that allows riders to plan their trips, according to an announcement. The service frequently updates the location of buses to help resident ensure they don't miss their transportation. The service also allows CitiBus staff employees to provide critical information to its customers on route changes and much more.

The app will allow users to report customer service issues and access route details between two Quad City area transit systems, including Davenport CitiBus and Metro.

The web-based map can be found at http://citidbus.com. The app can be downloaded from the Apple Store or on Google Play.
