Benefits specialist Businessolver of West Des Moines recently highlighted its product innovations at 2017 HR Technology Conference & Expo in Las Vegas.
The company worked this year to streamline user accessibility, including the release of its MyChoice Mobile App in March, which helps clients and their employees locate benefits information, management and support material, according to a press release. The company aims to help administrators oversee the total employee experience as a year-round system, not just a one-time enrollment period approach.
“HR Tech is annually the marquee event for vendors, carriers, and customers in the benefits technology industry,” Rae Shanahan, Businessolver’s chief strategy officer, said. “There’s no better place for us to shine a spotlight on our incredible product development team and showcase all that they’ve done in the last year to help Businessolver deliver on its mission to delight our clients.”
The MyChoice app also includes specific strategies for attracting and retaining staff — even welcoming former employees who return to a company, also known as “boomerang” employees — as the workforce currently comprises a high proportion of millennials, who tend to average shorter tenures per employer, according to Businessolver.
